Get To Know The PCORnet® Network Partners

REACHnet, a PCORnet® Clinical Research Network, includes electronic health record data for more than 5 million patients (2024 data) from partner health systems in Louisiana, Texas and California. Its mission is to enable the conduct of multi-site research with enhanced efficiency in real-world healthcare delivery systems. REACHnet offers linkage with claims data through partnerships with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, Humana, and CVS/Aetna.

REACHnet participates in numerous PCORnet® Studies and is the lead for the following:

• Using PCORnet to Compare Blood Pressure Control Strategies
• Comparing patient-reported impact of COVID-19 shelter-in-place policies and access to containment and mitigation strategies, overall and in vulnerable populations
• Utilizing PCORnet to support transition from pediatric to adult centered care and reduce gaps in recommended care in patients with congenital heart disease
• Comparing Two Durations of Antibiotic Treatment for Children Hospitalized with Common Infections
• oREgon medicaid policy, SOciaL serVices, and hEalth (RESOLVE)
