This interview guide was developed by the Chicago Area Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Network (CAPriCORN) Clinical Research Network (CRN) to hold 30-minute semi-structured (confidential) phone interviews with Patient and Clinical Advisory Committee (PCAC) members and the CAPriCORN team.
